The notions of ‘interaction’ and ‘collectivity’ that are characteristic of our current social environment demand new ways of connecting the artist with the audience. It is crucial to rethink the place and the role of art within (but also beyond) the existing economic frame and to generate new dialogues that link it to new current publics and contexts.
This workshop takes on art as a place for people to encounter, as an activity carried out within the public space and challenges the limits of the institutional sphere, a game of exchanges which goes beyond the material form to propose dynamic situation for a collective experience.
